Trio Mio's mother denies claims that her son scored a D
The mother of popular artist Trio Mio has denied claims that her son got a D in the latest 2022 KCSE results.
In her statement written on Friday, January 20, Irma Sofia explained that many would be disappointed by the rumors about her son.
She said the famous artist passed the test announced by Minister Ezekiel Machogu.
However, the mother did not reveal what the artist scored while saying that she is proud of her son's results.
"I'm not going to hold my breath because the KCSE results have been announced? Calm down.
"The boy did his best and I'm very proud of him. And those who predicted D. I'm sorry!" read the statement in part.
Therefore, after making the statement, the artist corrected it on his social networks.
Sofia was responding after allegations that the artist got a D grade emerged on social media.
